Definitions:

Customers do not receive rebates, and cannot be recognized as a rebate business.  Clients shop from 500+ stores, when they want, for what they want, and have it delivered to their front door.  Clients may also participate in the Ditto Delivery program.  Clients cannot register other clients.

Rebate Businesses intend to capture at least $600.00 a year in rebates and receive IRS recognition (form 1099 Misc) as a business.  Rebate Businesses use Strategic Partners to help build their business.  Rebate Businesses may register clients, other Rebate Businesses, and Strategic Partners but are not encouraged to start other teams.  Rebate Businesses rarely exceed the 25% wholesale rebate level.

Strategic Partners are Rebate Business that intend to exceed the 25% rebate profit level by building additional shopping teams.  Strategic Partners also participate in a continuing education program.
