In conventional distribution (where you shopped prior to shopping online), rebates are NOT included on every product, every day. The consumer gets the product and the distribution system gets the (rebate) profit. A consumer could "make" money only if a company offered a "rebate" on a product. Because no company offered rebates on every product, every day, even if a consumer were to receive $600.00 in cumulative (different stores) rebates, the IRS would not be informed that the consumer had qualified as a business. Per IRS regulations, in order to be recognized as a business, a consumer must receive at least $600.00 a year from one single source. Click on "Why Rebates" below.
In the MLM distribution model, rebates are included on every product, every day. In this model, reaching the 25% level is very difficult because the consumer has to build the consumer group all by themselves. Because of the difficulty in forming this type of group, over half of the money produced by the group is awarded to the person at the top because they did most of the work. Few group members ever achieve beyond the 6% profit level. Click on "Tax Advantages" below for more information.
The linear distribution model provides rebates on every product, every day. Linear distribution, sometimes called "team building" shares profits more evenly among participating consumers. In linear distribution, those who are at the top help to build the group for those who are at the bottom. Since the work is done by those who have developed business skills, more consumers reach higher rebate levels sooner. With a linear group of 100 consumers, the linear business model allows over 50 people to be recognized by the IRS as businesses, with the usual tax advantages due any business. See "Team Model" below.
